FitConcierge is a wellness staffing agency based in Atlanta. We source, vet, and send certified fitness instructors and wellness practitioners directly to your location, whether that is your office, home, event venue, hotel, or outdoor space. Think of us as the concierge layer between you and Atlanta’s best wellness talent.
No, and that is intentional. FitConcierge does not have a physical location. Our entire model is built around bringing the experience to you. You provide the space. We bring the instructor, a speaker, and any agreed-upon equipment.
That said, if you need a dedicated space for your session, we do work with studio partners who offer heated and non-heated space rentals as an add-on. Just mention it when you reach out and we will let you know what is available.
We primarily serve the greater Atlanta metro area. For retreats, off-sites, or events outside Atlanta, reach out and we will let you know if we can accommodate.

For single sessions and private events, we recommend at least 5 to 7 days in advance. For recurring corporate programs or large events, two to four weeks is ideal. For high-demand dates like bachelorette weekends or holiday parties, book as early as possible.
Yes. If you have worked with one of our instructors before and want to request them again, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. Availability is not guaranteed, but we always try to match you with the right fit.
We maintain a network of instructors specifically so we can cover unexpected cancellations. Substitutions are handled by our team so you do not have to manage it yourself.
Every instructor arrives with a Bluetooth speaker and the ability to lead a full class. Mat and block rentals are available for an additional fee. You are responsible for providing a suitable space with enough room for your group to move.
Yes, as an add-on upgrade. For a flat fee of $150, your instructor will bring wireless headphones for up to 25 participants. No electrical source required. Each person hears the music and instructor clearly through their own headset while blocking out outside noise entirely. It creates a much more focused, meditative experience and is especially popular for outdoor classes, open offices, hotel spaces, and any setting where ambient noise is a concern.
As a general rule, plan for about 21 square feet per person for yoga and pilates (roughly a 6×6 foot area each). For bootcamp or HIIT, allow more space. If you are unsure, send us your dimensions and we will let you know.
Comfortable workout clothes. If mats are not rented through us, participants should bring their own. No shoes required for most class types.
Standard sessions run 45 to 60 minutes. We can accommodate shorter formats (30 minutes) for lunch breaks or tight schedules, and longer sessions or multi-experience programming for retreats and full wellness days.
Absolutely. Private yoga, mat Pilates, barre, sound baths, and breathwork sessions are some of our most popular bachelorette experiences. We can come to your Airbnb, hotel suite, backyard, or rooftop. Tell us the vibe, the group size, and the date.
Yes. Private sound baths are available for groups of any size. Our sound healers bring their own instruments. All you need is a clean, quiet space and enough floor room for participants to lie down comfortably.
Yes. Many of our clients book a movement class followed by a sound bath or breathwork session. We can build a full wellness morning or afternoon with multiple experiences. Ask us about multi-format event packages.
Yes. Corporate wellness is a core part of what we do. We currently staff recurring programs for companies across the Atlanta metro area. We handle all instructor sourcing, scheduling, and logistics so your team does not have to manage it.
Yes. We work with clients who have multiple offices or campuses. Each location gets consistent, managed service under one account relationship.
