FitConcierge is Atlanta’s premium wellness staffing agency. We connect corporations, private clients, and event hosts with the city’s best fitness instructors and wellness practitioners, delivering fully managed, on-site experiences wherever they are needed.

We are not a studio. We do not have a physical space. That is the point.

FitConcierge exists to remove every barrier between your group and a great wellness experience. You provide the space. We provide the instructor, the expertise, and every logistical detail in between.

Our clients include Fortune 500 companies, boutique event hosts, bachelorette weekends, private individuals, and organizations like Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, where we staff 17 classes per week across multiple campuses.

Our Philosophy

Wellness should not require a membership, a commute, or a studio schedule that does not fit your life.

We believe that the best wellness experiences happen in the right environment, with the right instructor, at the right time. That looks different for every client. A yoga session for ICU nurses between shifts looks different from a sound bath at a bachelorette weekend. Both deserve the same level of care, professionalism, and intention.

FitConcierge was built to make that possible at scale, without sacrificing the quality of the experience.

Founded by Parisa Hervani

FitConcierge was founded by Parisa Hervani, a wellness entrepreneur, studio founder, and global retreat leader with over 6 years of experience building elevated fitness and lifestyle brands in Atlanta.

Parisa’s path to founding FitConcierge came through building and scaling studios herself. Having opened four locations, launched Atlanta’s first Barcode franchise, led international retreats, and navigated the full arc of the fitness industry through COVID and beyond, she understood exactly where the gaps were. Great instructors existed. Great clients existed. What was missing was a trusted, managed connection between them.

FitConcierge is that connection.
